He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bewley Sr. and Beatrice Bewley (Mann); his wife Linda Munro; and his sisters, Donna Bewley, Sally Haack and Wendy Bewley.

He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Brittany Bewley) and Laura (Lucas Vachon); his grandchildren, Ava and Asher Bewley of Fort Wayne; and his brother Tom (Nancy Bewley).
