He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan C Woodmansee Sr. and Opal Marie Woodmansee (Butts); and his wife Kathryn Ann Woodmansee. He is survived by: his daughters, Sheri Mulligan (Michael), Joan Smith (Richard), Alexandra Smith, Kathryn Hagy (Luke), Caroline Smith, Noel Reuter (Bryan) and Brittney Hanson (Jeff); his great grandchildren, Everly Reuter, Harper Hanson and Greyson Hagy; and his sisters, Carol Mosby, Sondra Thompson (Charles) and Karen Woodmansee.

Memorial contributions may be made to Parkview Hospice.
