She was predeceased by: her parent George Geoga; her son Chris George Petrica; and her son-in-law Richard Zulkowski. She is survived by: her parent Olga Geoga; her daughter Carolyn Zulkowski of Fort Wayne; and her brother Chris George Geoga.
