He is survived by: his children, Howard Jr. of Bellevue, KY and Tara Hull (Steven) of Roanoke, IN; his grandchildren, Daniel Hinen (Rosalinda), Dagny McEwen, Victoria Hinen, Harper McEwen and Carter Hull; his sister Margaret Connors (Donnell) of Waterford, MI; and also McEwen Jr. of Bellevue, KY.
