He is survived by: his parent Mary Meredith; his wife Mary Meredith of Fort Wayne; his brother Mahlon Meredith (Sharon) of Fort Wayne; his aunt Valentina Drake of Fort Wayne; his cousins, Carl Drake of Fort Wayne, Ronald Drake of Fort Wayne and Kathy Raptis of Florida; his sibling's children, Dawn Schultz of Fort Wayne and Steven Meredith (Cheryl) of Ohio; his great-niece Ashley Reynolds of Fort Wayne; and also, Gracie Wheaton of Fort Wayne and Scott Reynolds of Fort Wayne.
