He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Sr. of Fort Wayne; his stepfather James Gardner Sr. of Fort Wayne; his father Daryl Sr. of Sarasota; his stepmother Angie Burnett Sr. of Sarasota; his children, Domonic Nino of Fort Wayne, Malaysia Burnett of Fort Wayne, Royal Burnett of Fort Wayne and Javon Burnett Jr of Fort Wayne; his siblings, Daryl Burnett Jr, Jamar Burnett (Nakia), Dontae Burnett of San Diego, James Gardner Jr, Jamisha Bryant (Dennis) and Jaquella Nellems (Bryan); his grandmothers, Juanita Jefferson and Bessie Bruner; and his great-grandparents, Virginia Tarver (Leander) of Fort Wayne and Rosie Cooper of Chino Hills. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
