She was predeceased by: her parents, Celeste Covault (Blaising) and Orville Covault; her husband Donald H.; her son Philip Allen; her son-in-law A. George Day; and her brothers, Donald O. Covault and Richard E. Covault.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Polonsky (Robert) of Colorado Springs, Gloria of Fort Wayne, Kathryn S. Day of Fort Wayne and Michael (Alicia) of Park Hills. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, and 12 Great Grandchildren.
