She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Freistroffer and Marie Freistroffer; her daughter Susan; her siblings, John P. Freistroffer and Dorothy A. LaMaster; and her brother-in-law Michael Murphy.
She is survived by: her sister Nancy G. Murphy of Fort Wayne; her siblings-in-law, Lee Hammen of Fort Wayne, Juanita Fabian, Geraldine Herber and Susan Freistroffer; and her spouse Joseph "Bill" Hammen.
