She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Childs (Virginia) of Columbia City; her grandchildren, Eric Childs (Shasta) of Columbia City, Matthew Childs (Jessica) of Fort Wayne and Phillip Childs of Indianapolis; and her sister Veroncia Wells of Fort Wayne.
