He was predeceased by: his siblings, David Bly, Kenneth Bly, Judith McKinley and Vicki Witte. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth M. Bly and Florence V. Bly (Hester); and his siblings, James Bly (Sandra) of Fort Wayne and Barbara Garnett of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and grand nieces.
