Gentry (Fort Wayne, Indiana), born in Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on July 6, 2018, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Erin Badenhop; his children, Adalyn Gentry and Jackson Gentry; and his sisters, Stephanie Stevens (Jon) of Columbus, OH, Katelyn Gentry (Jordan) of Los Angeles, CA, Alyssa Gentry of Columbus, OH and Madison Gentry of Fort Wayne.
