She is survived by: her husband Wesley J. Cook; her children, Randy Terry, Norman, Brad and Chad Topp; and her siblings, Mike, Billy, Dick, Catherine, Helen and Rosie. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
