It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juan Carlos Gonzalez-Abundez (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on February 8, 2022, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Gonzalez and Eulalia Abundez. He is survived by: his wife Danielle Gonzalez; his daughter Trinity Gonzalez; his siblings, Tomas, Juanita, Christina, Graciela, Susana and Maricela; and his pets, Sarge, Pepe and Bella.

Memorials may be made to the Diabetes Association.
