She was predeceased by: her husband Mark Holzinger; her parents, Joseph Mudrack and Pearl Mudrack; and her siblings, James, Jerry, Joe, Phyllis and Margaret.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stormy Cotterman and Wendy Simion (Eric); her granddaughters, Brittany Cotterman and Sabra Cotterman; her great grandchildren, Madyson "Mady" and Rowan; her siblings, Robert Mudrack (Sandy), Molly Burley and Frances Batt; and her sister-in-law Betty Mudrack.
