She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Lilly and Georgianna Lilly (Doctor); her husband Delmar Beltz; her son-in-law Dennis Oliver; and her brother John Lilly.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Beltz (Connie), Barbara Oliver, Roberta Millhouse (Mike) and Rebecca Kees (Dennis); and her sisters, Betty Rettig and Deanna Goodin. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
