He was predeceased by: his parent Raymond Damask; his son James Dumask; his grandchildren, Donna Sarrazin and Chad Dumask; and his brother-in-law John Fisher.
He is survived by: his parent Modesta "Manda" Damask (Polezynska); his daughters, Jane Bramblett (Kenneth) of Lago Vista, Mary Sarrazin (David) of Angola, Jill Schenkel of Fort Wayne and Teresa Dumask of Fort Wayne; and his siblings, Chester Dumask of Presque Isle and Violet Fisher. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren.
