He is survived by: his parent Hazel Sheetz (Marsh); his children, Douglas Sheetz (Karleen) of Columbia City, Jill Lane of Fort Wayne, Amanda Gerdes (Ehren) of Columbia City and Todd Sheetz (Cindy); his grandchildren, Maekenzie Sheetz, Kelzie Pratt, Adam Sheetz and Nick Sheetz; and his brother Larry Sheetz of Plymouth.
