She was predeceased by: her parent Henry Debald; her husband Fred H.; her son Mark; and her son-in-law Rick Marx. She is survived by: her parent Catherine Debald (Reicher); and her children, Patricia Couch of Fort Wayne, Pamela Marx of Fort Wayne and Fred M. Couch (Judy) of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Heartland Hospice or for Masses.
