Boyd, Charles E. Koontz (Charlie), Ashley M. Quach and Katherine E. Oglesby (Kat); her great grandchild Amelia J. Quach; her son John H. Oglesby; her daughter-in-law Cathy J. Koontz; and her grandson-in-law Anthony B. Quach.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Parkview Home Health and Hospice.
