She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Harold "Red" and Margaret Evans Keener; her former husband Bobby "Porky" Collins; her brother-in-law Oliver Jackson; and her great-nephew Jaran Goff.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Collins of Mudork, WV, Jeremy Collins of Mudfork, WV and BreAnna Collins of Chapmanville, WV; her husband Kim Faulkner; her siblings, Betty Jackson of Duncan Fork, WV, Teresa (Larry), Bryant of Mudfork, WV, Tammy (David), Long of Crooked Creek, WV and Haroldene Keener of Hamlin, WV; and her great-niece Talan Gibson.
