Jellison of Fort Wayne, IN; her children, Christopher S. Jellison (Tara) of Fort Wayne, IN and Amy K. Barnes (Matthew) of Fort Wayne, IN; and her sister Marilyn L. Hammersley of Fort Wayne, IN. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
