It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrica C. Heemstra (Fort Wayne, Indiana), born in Oak Hill, West Virginia, who passed away on March 15, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sons, Herbert and Kenneth. She is survived by: her spouse Purdue Heemstra; her sons, Tom of Fayetteville, WV and Bill (Sarah) of Chapel Hill, NC; and also Ted Heemstra. She is also survived by six grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
