She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Weesner and Ida Weesner; her husband Harvey Milligan; her siblings, Cecilia Purk and George Weesner; and her grandson James Milligan.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Milligan of Hoagland, Robert Milligan, John Milligan, James Milligan, Ruth Vosmeier of Fort Wayne and David Milligan of College Park, MD; and her brothers, Gerald Weesner of Grabill, IN and Robert Weesner of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
