He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Liz"; his children, John Stephen (Kym), Katherine "Kate" Guerrero (Gabe), Mara Ann Sampson (Andrew) and Robert John (Katherine Ranft); his grandchildren, Aden James, Oliver Stephen, Evelyn Marie and Johana Kaitlyn; and his siblings, Joseph "Joe" Francis (Joanne) and Rosalie "Rosie" Edna Kramer (Stephen).
Memorial donations in memory of Steve may be made to to Miss Virginia's Food Pantry or the Cleveland Hope Lodge.
