She was predeceased by : her parents, Michael McHale and Fidelia McHale (Carrasco); and her siblings, Michael McHale, John Jr., Eleanor Peterson and Mark L. Peterson.

She is survived by : her husband John Peterson; her sons, John Peterson (Christy) of Decatur, IL and Mark Peterson of Johnstown, CO; her grandson Mason Peterson; her siblings, Marie Roth (Den) and Willie McHale (GiGi); her in-laws, Tom Peterson (Marge) and Tim Peterson (Becky); her nieces, Kayla and Maddison McHale; her nephew Nathan Roth; and her great-niece Ava Roth.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Sky Ranch Golf Course (17408 CO-14, Sterling, CO 80751).
