He was predeceased by : his sister Betty Hall (Lerch). He is survived by : his wife Violet Lerch (Flynn); his children, Lori Myers (Lerch) of Fort Wayne and Ralph E. Lerch Jr. of Fort Wayne; and his sister Shirley Wickliffe (Walter) of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by 3 grandsons; 2 great-grandsons.
