He is survived by: his wife Arleen Byrd of Ft; his son Joel Byrd of Ft; his siblings, Jacqueline Byrd of Bloomington and William Byrd of Lady Lake; his half-siblings, Judy Capes of Leesburg, Steve Byrd of Diamondhead and Tom Zachrich of Angola; and his grandchildren, Briana Byrd, Adalyn Byrd, Aurora Byrd, Noah Byrd, Evan Byrd and Mykell Byrd.
