He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Flagg and Barbara Flagg; and his sister Dawn Southworth. He is survived by: his wife Beth Flagg of New Haven, IN; his children, Jennifer Poehler (John) of Indianapolis, IN, Adam Flagg (Elaina) of New Haven, IN and Jessica Crill (Jon) of Spencerville, IN; and his sisters, Jean Brown (Larry) of Jackson, MI and Penny Lee (Rex) of Lompoc, CA.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
