He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert, Sr. Kell and Loretta Kell (Pilach); and his children, Robin Lynn Kell Connett and Shannon Kell. He is survived by : his wife Lisa Kell; his children, Doug, Cody Kell, Heaven Braden (Sean), Faith Keeran (Jeremy), Morgan Hardaway and McKenzie Latimer (Jacob); and his siblings, Tammy Turley and Tony Kell. He is also survived by 6 grandsons and 4 granddaughters; 8 great grandchildren.
