With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samantha L. Ray (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on January 19, 2022 at the age of 21. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gerry and Sondra Rocke. She is survived by: her parents, Charlie Ray and Renee Ray of Fort Wayne; her brother Brett Ray of Fort Wayne; and her grandfathers, Terry Spade (Linda) of Huntertown, IN and Herbert Ray (Pat) of St. Louis, MO. She is also survived by many loving uncles and aunts and cousins.

Memorials may be made to Humane Fort Wayne.
