She is survived by: her children, Kim Maxwell of Noblesville, IN, Sherry Herber and Kelly Herber-Rooks; her grandchildren, Melinda Duff (Brandon), Cecilia Maxwell, Jeri Raney (Ryan) and Reanna Rooks; her great grandchildren, Preston LaPointe, Riley Raney and Bennett Rooks; and her siblings, Sharon Roberts (Jim) of Van Wert, OH, Karen Kashel of Finley, OH and Kenneth Wise of Van Wert, OH.
