She was predeceased by: her former husband Donald Lamley (Tim). She is survived by: her husband John; her daughter Tina Markey (Lamley); her stepchildren, Brandon Baker and Jessica Gammon (Joe); her parents, Robert Welker and Verle Welker; and her siblings, Linda Muldoon (Steve), Karen Ferry (Dan), Cindy Poellot and Rob Welker. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Heart to Heart Hospice, Fort Wayne.
