She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald L. Fields; her parents, Sam Moore and Dora Moore; and her siblings, Elder Floyd Moore, Sr., Austin Moore and Mary L. Moore-Morris.

She is survived by: her sons, Greg Ackerson of Fort Wayne, Jeff Ackerson of Fort Wayne and Kevin Fields of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
