He is survived by: his parent Mary Elizabeth Harris (Estes); his wife Diana "Di" Harris; his sons, Scott Harris (Erin) and Gregg Harris (Martha); his stepson Christopher Smith; his grandchildren, Anwen, Zane, Amelia Harris, Gwendolyn Harris and Luke Harris; his siblings, Mike Harris (Betsy), John Harris (Betty), Phil Harris (Monica), Candy Bohlender (Robert), Thomas Harris (Barbara), Timothy Harris (Joanna) and Julie McCammon; his sister-in-law Sharon Harris; his stepdaughter Stephanie Owens; and his stepgrandchildren, Joel, Jessica, Jazmyn, Carrie and Tiffany. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in care of Diana Harris.
