She is survived by: her parents, Joe Huber and Lois Huber; her husband Jim Waltke; her daughter Abbey Shimel (Jared); her sisters, Sandy Carden (Jim) and Karen Stuckey (Ray); and her mother-in-law Patricia Waltke. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Therese Catholic Church or League for the Blind.
