She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Molargik and Francis Molargik; and her husband Dominic Peter "Doc" Lombardo, Sr. of Peter's Catholic Church. She is survived by: her children, Madeline Ford-Bickel (James) of Fort Wayne, Mary Vesco (Andrew) of Reno, Dominic Peter Lombardo Jr. of Fort Wayne and Margaret Manley (Matt) of Lagrange, Indiana. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
