It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas A. Hetrick (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on November 10, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parent Roberta Hetrick (Guethe); his spouses, Judy Fisher and Judy Hetrick; his father Clayton Hetrick; his daughter Amy Hetrick; his grandson Christopher Hetrick-Smith; and his siblings, Linda Hetrick, Sandy Hull and Jim Hetrick (Deb) of Fort Wayne.

Memorial donations may be directed to St. Jude's Catholic Church.
