He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, Joey Guy of Indianapolis, IN, Tracy Guy of Fort Wayne, IN, Damien Guy of Indianapolis, IN and Terri Guy-Cook of Indianapolis, IN; and his sister Altermease Gleason of Fort Wayne, IN. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
