We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2018, at the age of 74, Thomas Hitzemann (Fort Wayne, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hitzemann of Fort Wayne; his children, Rick, Robin Thompson, Charles Thompson and Renee Buettner of Fort Wayne; and his granddaughters, Ashley, Amber, Brittaney, Haley, Alexis and Zoe.

Memorial donations may be made to the Woodburn Christian Children's Home, 24902 Notestine Road, Woodburn, IN 46797.
