He was predeceased by: his father Uriel T. Fomby II; and his brothers, Willard McGraw and Raymond Fomby. He is survived by: his mother Beckie Fomby; and his siblings, Charles Fomby, Rosia, Schrone, Barbara Fomby, Mary Parrish (Ricky) and Victoria Freeman.
