She is survived by: her mother Carmen Seemann of Fort Wayne; her daughters, Ashley Marie Slattery of Fort Wayne and Leslie Slattery Haynes of Henderson; her siblings, Christine Marie Slattery of Fort Wayne, Patrick Alan Slattery (Karen) of Fort Wayne and Kay Lynn Hill of Fort Wayne; and her half-brother Mark Wayne Thomas of Fort Wayne.
