He is survived by: his children, Lisa Kern, Kimberly Reynolds, Pearley Hahn (Adam), William Payton, Michael Payton (Nicole Lynch) and Kevin Smitley; his sisters, Sue Jackson, JoAnn King and Mary Lou Cook; and his grandchildren, Erica Elliot, Rachael Winters, Kiera Kern, Kayce Beckering-Putnam (Derek), Hunter Hahn, Amanda Smitley (Jasmine), Kayli Smitley, Kevin Smitley Jr. and Nevaeh Smitley. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
