He is survived by: his parent Wavabelle Addis II (Ditzenberger); his son Jeremy Addis (Dana); his siblings, Becky Hall (Bill), Dennis Addis (Deb), Greg Addis (Jennie) and Jeff Addis; and his stepchildren, Robert Addis (Lana), Charles Addis (Sheryl) and Michelle Maggart (Christopher).

Preferred memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
