We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Jack Rapp of Fortville, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Melville Rapp and Margaret Rapp (Eakes); and his siblings, Donald H. Rapp, Nancy Daniels, Judith Beckner, Barbara Cozart and Aletha Jo.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Alice Rapp (Oakleaf); his children, Lisa Stout (Fortville) and David Rapp; his grandchildren, Kellen Stout (Fortville), Chanda Rapp, Abbie Shepherd and Jacob Rapp; and his siblings, Philip Rapp and Brenda Brooks. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers pay it forward with a random act of kindness in remembrance of Jack.
