She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert C. Maynard and Gladys Maynard (Davenport); and her brother William C. Maynard. She is survived by: her daughters, Ashley Siegel (Scott) and Megan Pate (Codie); her grandchildren, Michael, Charlotte and Gunnar; and her siblings, Randall J. Maynard (Terri) and Tammy J. Maynard (Robert Robinson). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory (1484 US-40, Greenfield, IN 46140). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A procession was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Family Will Leave Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory (1484 US-40, Greenfield, IN 46140). A burial was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Washington Park East (10612 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229).
