He is survived by: his wife Patty; his daughter Shannon Henderson (Cody); his granddaughters, Rooney and Louisa of Livingston, MT; and his siblings, James Miller of Greenville, OH, Julia Miller (John Allison) of Ann Arbor, MI and Mary Kay Michael (Mike Kennedy) of Greenville, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.
