She was predeceased by: her father Ray Horner. She is survived by: her husband Mike Hardwick; her children, Trenton Hardwick and Audrey Hardwick; her mother Gina Horner; her brother Joseph Horner; and her grandparents, Delton, Norma Brown, Brittney, Ryan and Dustin.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel (1444 US-52, Fountaintown, IN 46130). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
