He was predeceased by : his father Norman Smith. He is survived by : his mother Rosalie Smith (Remsburg); his wife Loretta; his stepsons, Dalton Ferguson and Hunter Davis; his children, Rebecca (Becca), Jay (Jake), Aaron Smith (Kristen) and Anson Smith (Cierra); and his siblings, Kevin Smith (Gail), Kathy Norris (Drew) and Karen Gates (Steve). He is also survived by 8 nieces & nephews, 11 great nieces & nephews, & 2 great great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would ask that you instead donate to Water for People.
