He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Hale. He is survived by: his mother Yvonn Hale (Gillum) of Frankfort; his children, Courtney Sharp (Keegan) of Frankfort and Alex Hale of Peru; his adoptive children, Dezirae Owen, Jeff Lowry and Noah Allen; his siblings, Katrina Reef (Russell) of Battle Ground and Frank Irwin Hale of Putnamville; and his close friend Melissa Bray Smith. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
