He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Nelson Clemens Sr. and Anna Ruth Clemens (Essex). He is survived by : his wife Carla Jane Helms; his children, Cari Estes (Eric) of Lebanon, Jack Clemens III of Bluffton, SC and Scott Clemens (Diane) of Lebanon; his siblings, Jim Clemens of Lebanon, Anita Warren of Lebanon and Beth Forsythe (Ron) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Kevin Estes (Danielle), Brett Estes, Jeremy Mercado (Emma), Drew Clemens, Xander Clemens, Gracen Clemens, Cole Clemens and Sawyer Clemens; and his great grandchildren, Brooks Estes, Luna Pace and Renee Mercado.
